Our Story
Cay Studios was founded in 2021 by Cayla Turner out of necessity.
As a teenager — and even after graduating high school and college — she knew she was creative and driven, but didn’t always know where to go next. Opportunities felt scattered. Information felt gatekept. And a lot of the learning happened the hard way — figuring things out alone.
So she started building what she wish she had access to. What began as a way to find her own freelance opportunities grew into something bigger: a creative studio and talent network designed to support both sides of the industry.
